At one time, when I had been watching a few BBC dramas / crime shows that were set in Wales, I noticed that several seemed to be set in a locality I took to be named Heddlu. I based this idea on seeing signs on the police station saying "Heddlu Police".
In fact that came up on several different programs. And I noticed the towns on screen had different looks, but maybe these were different local areas within Heddlu. Or maybe even that was a name conventionally given to fictional towns?
Finally I learned that Wales has a bilingual public signage policy. So for instance the railroad barriers said "Railroad crossing" in English plus whatever that is in Welsh. And police stations have signs that say "Police" in English, and the equivalent in Welsh... which is "Heddlu".
In the music clip, at around :28 and elsewhere, I heard the melody from “You’re Going to be Mine”.
Another commenter on the Youtube video said the melody reminded them of Sunshine Superman by Donovan.
I'm sure FPM borrowed from many sources!
The flute and bagpipe ’toon reminds me of the 3/23/12 Bizarro, “Hold up, someone’s out of ‘toon”. A favorite!
I remember that one! It was during the time (2011-2013) I did Bizarro's coloring. Looking back, it helped prepare me for taking over the dailies.

I always learn from readers' comments. Thanks, Mitch!
My favorite thing about Welsh placenames is that they don't go around talking like that: a 50-letter word can be pronounced "Gratch."
You're both in agreement, Evelyn: what you call 'You're Going to Be Mine' is... Donovan's 'Sunshine Superman'.
To wit, the chorus lyrics:
'cause I made my mind up
You're goin' to be mine
I'll tell you right now
Any trick in the book, a-now baby
All that I can find
