This week's blog entry includes an unintentionally hilarious letter we received in response to a recent cartoon, plus a wonderful blues bonus track.
As we're counting down to a new year, and hoping it's better than the last two, I've been reflecting on how grateful I am to be able to make cartoons for a lovely bunch of readers, especially those of you who are interested enough to subscribe to the newsletter.
I've been juggling multiple obligations this week, and the latest batch of cartoons is written and drawn, but not yet colored, so your exclusive preview image is in black & white.
This creepy variation on the Bunny of Exuberance will be in the background of a future Bizarro panel. It's incidental to the gag, but I had so much fun drawing it, I wanted to share it with you as soon as I could.
Also, I've just noticed that our next newsletter is scheduled for Xmas Day, and that it will be the last one for the year. We'll return after that with New Year's Day note.
